Thank you for your interest in our business
Tenderhoof Solutions™, LLC is a growing family business located in Ontario Canada on the north shore of Lake Erie. Our Mission is helping horse owners understand, treat and prevent hoof lameness.
Tenderhoof Solutions grew out of the work done by Ian McKinlay. With over 30 years of experience working with hoof lameness, Ian had developed innovative techniques and products to successfully treat and prevent hoof lameness. It is this hard won on-the-horse proven techniques and products that Tenderhoof Solutions was formed to make available to you.
If your horse has problem feet you've come to the right place. Our educational videos provide both the overview of hoof lameness and how to prevent it and the step-by-step instructions for techniques to successfully treat it. Our product line consists of hoof care materials used by Ian in his own business and are of a quality he stands behind and the Yasha Shoes™ horseshoe, a patent pending durable cushion bonded to the horseshoe of your choice. Yasha Shoes are available as either nail-on or glue-on horseshoes.
Our business is run from the McKinlay Farm in Morpeth Ont. Canada. Scott McKinlay, Tenderhoof CEO, lives here with his wife Pam. John Bell (JB), Tenderhoof General Manager, lives with his wife Mary (Ian and Scott's sister) on the other side of the woods about a mile away. The five of us own and operate all business functions of Tenderhoof Solutions, LLC.
Our products are manufactured at two facilities. Our Ridgetown Ont. facility, operated by Cam and Blanche Gregory, produce and distribute Yasha Pads and Shoes. Our second facility, located in Keyport NJ, is operated by John Orosz and is also responsible for many of the R&D functions.
Tenderhoof Solutions is growing and evolving quickly. We offer a number of unique hoof care products, most importantly our Yasha Shoes. Tenderhoof Solutions developed the Yasha Shoe and is the only supplier of this unique hoofcare product.
